In Rapid PHP 2006, the preview pane should auto refresh every 3 seconds. It does not. Is this a bug of some sort?
I have already tried the suggestions posted in the FAQ. I has setup Internet Explorer with the "Every Visit" ticked. I have deleted all files in the cache.
I am using...
Windows XP Professional SP2
P4 2.8 GHz with 1GB Ram
Also, i have tried using IE 6 and IE 7 with no success.
What am I doing wrong or do I need to do to get this potentially useful feature working...
I have messaged technical support (2 1/2 days ago) and have received nothing in response.
Please, someone help.
PS: Otherwise the software works brilliantly!!!!
Thanks...

Still have to manually Refresh the preview pane
I am speaking in regards to the internal preview window in the split screen mode. The preview within Rapid PHP should refresh itself every 3 seconds as in the default settings. But it does not.
I currently have to manually refresh it by selecting the refresh button.
Thanks for your help

You got me confused
although I replied to your e-mail that it seems to be a bug, it is not.
It works for all files except PHP, ASP. For PHP files the automatic preview refresh is not currently available. Why? Because when writing PHP code this could cause serious problems with database and data. Imagine the preview executing the PHP file with an unfinished line of PHP code...
So the program lets you refresh the file only when you are ready to.
