time quotas

1) if user has x hrs of quota given to them
the amount left is displayed when they choose to connect to internet.
however once connected that figure is hidden. there doesn't seem to be an easy way to get the time remaining but to disable the internet and re-enable. would be best if one could click a menu choice and see the remaining time value.

2) fyi: time quota given to users appears to be whole hours only.
would be nice to grant hrs:min not just whole hours.
