When a new key is in a collision, show the collision and options:

[cancel] [reassign]

This way you can more easily reassign shortcuts.

BTW: why CTRL+W is not the default for Close? it works in millions of programs

after selecting a keyboard shortctu, ENTER should close the dialog

The Escape key closes the dialog (again, a semi standard across applications...)

it *would be nice if you didn't need to go unbind a keyboard shortcut in order to use it someplace else. Particularly if you're making a snippet because you have to abandon it, go to shortcuts, scroll through the list scanning for the actual shortcut...
