Range of IP addresses (secure site)

I need to allow all IP addresses starting with 77.242.193.
They are for a secure site.
Is there any way to do this without listing all numbers?
If I allow secure sites, does it allow all secure sites (which we do not want)?

If you have the latest version, you cn use 77.242.193.* (wildcards are now supported).
