Yes, just the bare defaults. Integrated CSS and some tables but no PHP Code.

css? how do you reference this file. URL, relative link, or something else?

no, the css is in the html file.

Why don't you upload your files to a sharing service (rapidshare or so) in order to review them.
I like to try in my config that is working as bandana wants.
