Special Characters

Post by PARoss »

Karlis,

The Special Characters menu/box does not provide the correct character encoding. And I don't see a way to change it.

For instance, Tidy gives an error for the Trademark character ™, but not for ™ .

How do I change the Special Characters that are generated?

Thanks. That worked.

But I'd like to see the ability to add special characters directly to the menu, like the Copyright, Trademark and Registered characters (for more rapid use of commonly used characters).

Karlis,

It might be better/easier to implement the special characters menu in one of the side panels, like HotDog Professional does. That would do away with the need to open a window, and all characters could be easily available.
