How to uninstall (completely) iNet Protector?

I have the trial version of iNet Protector and because I got constantly an error (error 5, I think) and apparently a solution was not available in the help-function, I tried to uninstall the program, but it didn't succeed. It seems to be impossible to remove the program totaly. In the folder programs, a file of 1,60 Mb (the icon with a world globe and a yellow key) cannot be removed. I always receive the message "Cannot remove iNet Protector. Access is denied. Check if disk is full or protected against writing or the file is in use at present".
Who can help me to resolve this problem. Thanks in advance.

Can you expand on this - if it came up with an error, what was the error? You mention an "Error 5" but I assume that was when you were trying to use the program after installation.

Did the installation go ok?
