Paint background color with right mouse button

I noticed that I cannot paint using the background color by pressing the right mouse button. I have to flip the colors instead and paint using the left mouse button. That is a waste of time and energy. You should still leave the ability to flip the foreground and background colors, but we should also be allowed to paint with the background color using the right mouse button.
