Not sure if this is by design but using
'Edit/Change Character Case/Toggle Character Case (Shift F3)
on a highlighted range seems to just convert the string to UPPERCASE
e.g.
I would expect "a tEST sENTENCE" to become "A Test Sentence" but both
"a tEST sENTENCE" and "A test sentence" both become "A TEST SENTENCE"
