This is a neat little issue. I do not have a typical PC setup: I have no "C:\" drive (most of the time). My Windows installation is on "F:\", and so is "Program Files\RapidPHP."

When I plug in my USB thumb drive, Windows gives it the "C:\" letter, and the icons show up! BTW, I don't have RapidPHP installed on that USB drive. Just the mere existence of the "C:\" drive is all it needs to get icons working again.
My version 8.0.2.79.
