Support for definition lists and list conversion?

Post by Badger »

Apologies if this has been suggested before - I'm new to the forum. However, I did run a search before posting but nothing came up on this topic.

Currently, under the (X)HTML insert options, WeBuilder seems only to allow a choice between unordered or numbered lists. It would be helpful if the option to choose a definition list were added to the existing options.

Also, the ability to automatically convert between one list type and another would be really useful (I just finished hand-converting a ul to a dl with a couple of hundred line list entries - not pleasant!)

Any chance of these ideas being implemented?

Thanks.

I am afraid we won't be able to implement this in the nearest time.
However, you will be able to edit exiting HTML elements in your code using HTML element forms currently available (Insert=> Image; Insert => List, etc.).

Hi Gatis,

 Oh well, thank you for your reply anyway. I'd be grateful if this could be considered for inclusion in the longer term though.

(BTW, I do already make use of the the Insert editing and it's a great timesaver. Being able to do this with definition lists too would just make it that little bit better still...)
