No FTP overwrite prompt for certain host

Post by pientka »

I have Rapid PHP 2006 (7.4.0.70). I have been using it for many months now. Recently, as I am moving a web site to a new host, when I save files onto the new host via FTP I do not get an overwrite prompt if the file already exists. It seems to be happening only on this one host.

From what I can tell the overwrite prompt setting is global and not per host.

Any idea why this might be happening?

I've also noticed that, and sometimes even on the same server (not same domain).

I don't have a clue of why this is happening.

FTP is going to be completely rewritten in version 2008.
