We have received some very ugly messages in our e-mail and debug reports, so I wanted to address the community and ask to be polite and calm and submit constructive reports. Yes, there are some bugs in the software and we are working them out one by one. It is normal for a new software to have problems as long as they are being corrected.
Most of the bugs do not affect most of the users, we try to analyze each case and this is where you can come in. If you find a bug, send us a detailed report, fill in the automatic debug form carefully (if applicable). Probably you are the first person to come across a particular bug, why not to report it politely and help us solve it? Some problems are solved quicker, some slower and we try to do our best, but we need your help, because many bugs happen on very few systems with rare configurations, so we can not trace them down easily when we test the software on our systems. This is where you can help.
We do not appreciate rants and loud phrases, such as "I found several bugs, your product suc***" or "this is crap, the program just crashed". These do not help. What we need is a precise info about what you were doing, what happened, how often and how to repeat the problem, so that we can track it down and solve the issue.

Please try to follow these guidelines. This will help to receive faster and more accurate response.
- Check the Support section of the corresponding product first. Chances are you will find your answer there;
- Do not create new topics for already reported problems. Add your comments to the existing topics instead;
- Create separate topic for each problem request. Do NOT post a number of non-related problem reports in a single topic;
- Give your topic a meaningful title. Titles such as "A question," "Bug report" and "Help!" provide others no clue what your message is about;
- Include the version number of the software you are using;
- This is not an official customer support helpdesk. If you need a prompt and official response, please contact our support team directly instead. It may take a while until you receive a reply in the forum;

Wow , I would think that customers of a software development platform would be a little more understanding of the development process.
To those turning in nasty bug reports, I strongly suggest you try writing software and releasing it to the public. I believe you will gain a new respect for the process and some badly needed humility. Karlis and Gatis treat us well, please return the favor.

Do you have a bug tracking system? Like Mantis or BugTrac. There are a lot available. Maybe its internal use only.

At the present moment we register and handle all requests internally.
