Dangit, dangit, dangit!
I can no longer paste from ClipMate into WeBuilder 9.5.0.104. It was fine with your emergency clipboard repair release, but it's broken again! Where can I get a copy of the emergency release now?? I MUST go back. Programming without a clipboard is like cooking without fire.
Please! Can't you provide a way to disable your internal clipboard functionality? I have an awesome system-wide clipboard manager (ClipMate, as I mentioned) and I really do not need any other program's clipboard enhancements.
Thanks.

Try disabling the extended clipboard monitoring. It's not in the options - you have to open the Extended Clipboard window (Edit/Extended Clipboard) then click the you have to click the "No" symbol (the circle with slash through it).

No. That doesn't have any effect. Or, to be more precise about it, what happens is this:
(AND BTW: I''m now on 9.5.0.105 since I downloaded and reinstalled to test this ON/OFF switch suggestion.)
With it ON:
Things I try to paste from ClipMate show up in the Extended Clipboard list in the sidebar, but do NOT appear in the document.
With it OFF:
Nothing shows up in either the Extended Clipboard list OR the document when I try to paste from ClipMate. When I switch it to ON after I've already tried to paste something in while it is OFF, what I last tried to paste pops into the Extended Clipboard list.
INTERESTING SIDEBAR:
Even the Installation Password entry during the install would not take a paste from ClipMate. It seems like there must be a global issue with the entire development environment used to create WeBuilder as well as it's deployment package.

The last version of WeBuilder I found on my machine to regress to is 9.1.0.98. While you work on a fix for this, can you please direct me to a copy of 9.4.1.103 so I can at least be as current as I can possibly get. The email address on my profile is correct and checked daily.

Okay - um... Maybe. Just maybe, because I'm a little unclear what's happening here...
ClipMate seems to be working with the Extended Clipboard turned OFF now. But the behavior I reported in my previous post was actually the way it was working when I first went in to test the suggestion to just turn it off.
Let's just see how this plays out for a while.
Hate it when I get egg on my face.

IF WeBuilder is NOT running during this time, it must be something else. The installation system used is InnoSetup and it does not mess with the clipboard at all, in fact I even do not know in which development environment it was built as it is a completely other software. So in no event even a bug in WeBuilder can cause paste problems in the setup system.Even the Installation Password entry during the install would not take a paste from ClipMate. It seems like there must be a global issue with the entire development environment used to create WeBuilder as well as it's deployment package.
In any case with extended clipboard turned off and WeBuilder restarted andy problems should fade away as there is absolutely nothing thta could do any harm. So it should work as safe mode for those few of us who have clipboard problems for some reason.
