unisntall iNet Protector

I am trying to uninstall the program, when I key in the password a message appear indicating that "iNet protector currently is running," "please close al instances of it know, and then click OK to continue" y close the program try to unintall using my correct password, and keep getting the same messagge over and over. I appreciate any help for an amateur user "I"
