Internet is not blocked on Open browsers

I have setup the schedule to restrict internet access. When the blocking time starts, the tray icon shows internet disabled but internet works on open broser windows. Internet access is restricted on newly opened brosers. How do I make it block internet on already open IE windows when the blocking schedule starts?
