Is their any way to link to a particiular area of a web page..Top? Bottom?

Im not overly sure.
I looked a bit, but Im pretty new to the software myself...but I dont see either as a option.
I know anchors can be created with html, but not so sure about the software having it as a option, which is one reason I stopped using software to build my websites, too many things they CANT do (especially if youre doing something like trying to make a phpBB3 forum look exactly like your homepage)
