I wanna know how to create an animation. Like on the internet if you go type in lol limewire and click I'm feeling lucky an animation pops up. And its really cool! I don't want sites or anything, I want animations!! Give me a download or anything but I suggest you go see what I'm talkig about first.

Sounds to me like what you need do is create a link from 'Im feeling lucky' that is linked to an image that pops out as a separate page or on the same screen.
Many website building programs are capable of doing that for you if you master the patience to learn how to get what you want.
This doesn't sound like an image problem to me.
