toolbar bug

Lets say you made some changes (i.e. add icon to tool bar) to a toolbar, and have not shut down or restarted Webuilder. If you change between layouts the toolbar changes get cleared. If you restart webuilder and then change layouts thene everything is ok.

If you want to save changes to a layout before switching to another layout. You should use Save Layout (you can type in existing name to overwrite an existing layout).

Please note that the Default layout works just like custom layouts and it also can be saved manually.
