Enhanced user preferences on Publish Project to FTP

For intensive work during the design and review fase of a new site, there is to much typing and waiting involved.
This would help me a lot:
- allow (and remember this as a preference) the overwriting of existing remote files (without popup)
- FTP file selection box always sorts on name, I would like that the box remembers my preference for reverse sorting on MODIFIED date
- allow background FTP operation (eliminates the need to use standalone FTP client)
In short: smooth FTP...
