Block Steam with Schedule

Hello,

Is it possible to block steam from monday till friday, while limiting regular internetusage with quota?

Currently you can either limit the usage with quotas or limit steam with schedule. Complicated overlapping schemes are not supported.

Ok. I still have one problem thoug: Steam and Steamgames still work, while the internet is not running, as long as steam was started while having internet. Is it possible to block steam specifically, with some kind of setting?
