WeBuilder 2014 - V. 12.2 (12.2.0.150)
Windows 7
I have a one line javascript that goes to an external counter site. There are no problems when I open the page online or off-ine in with Firefox, Chrome or IE. But, when I try to peview my page in Webuild, using the IE Mode it hangs. I tried turning off my firewall and anti virus with the same results. The error that I get is 0x80070035, networkpath not found, \\log.sitemeter.com\log.
The java script that seems to hang:
<script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript">var site="SiteName"</script>
<script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript1.2" src="http://sm2.sitemeter.com/js/counter.js?site=SiteName"></script>
Thank you...

Re: Javascript Error on Preview
The most likely reason for this is that the JavaScript file links to another file using //site.com/... URI. Because of Internet Explorer bug, IE will try to open file://site.com/... which maps to non-existing local network resources and freezes everything for a minute or so. I can only suggest avoid using //site.com/ style links if possible or use Chrome for previewing.
