Built In Preview - Refresher Timer
In Options > Preferences > Preview > General .... what does the refresh timer for Built in preview options do ... I have tried in split screen and full screen preview but the window never auto refreshes?

It works for me.
Open/Create a HTML file. Switch on the Horizontal or Vertical preview.
Then type something inside the BODY tag in the code view.
After X seconds you should see the text in the preview.
