Request: Generate preview file to second monitor output.
I know this can be, and is done, by opening your files up with your browser on your second monitor.
But it would be a nice feature to have as an option tab along with the others, Code Editor, Preview, Horizontal Split and Vertical Split.
Or maybe this can be done with a plugin?

You can use menu Tools -> Full Screen Preview and drag it to the second monitor. It will also refresh if you press F5 while writing code.
