Hamburger does not shorten

I'm new to the program. I've loaded a menu and have entered six options. In Webuilder18, when I narrow the window, the menu becomes a solid bar with the hamburger symbol showing. Click on the symbol, the menu appears below the bar. Increasing the width, the menu appears in the bar.

My problem is when I open the website on a cell phone, the bar does not appear as a solid needing to have the symbol clicked for the menu options to appear. The menu bar appears full width, in very small letters making non-usable. What is causing this to happen?

Do you have a web URL to see this problem in action? It's probably some missing META tag or missing css, I'm not sure, but if I could take a look I could tell you.

I hope you can help me. The menu should close after clicking. It works in the "normal" menu
but not in "hamburger" menu

You're right, there is a problem when menu is used to target iframe. We will try to fix this in the next update.
