Hello,

I’m using Easy Gif Animator 7 personal. Is there a feature to import video from the web?

No, you need to save the video to your computer first. Sometimes it's not allowed by website's terms of use to download the web video, so Easy Gif Animator is staying away from all that. But there are many different 3rd party tools that can do it nonetheless.
