I just got another laptop, this one with vista home premium and this issue started again. Now I can't detail the exact steps to reproduce it but is happening again when selecting text. I usually have many files open in RapidPHP (last update) and many times I copy portions from one file in another project to the new one.

As for the selection problem, you should wait for the next update (few days now). I do not know where the problem is, but I will be putting some debugging lines such as ("report if you see this message"), so that if the problem is what I suspect, we can fix it.
As for the ghost folder problem, we should wait while Vista gets more popular and see if it happens for all Vista users. Since it is not a show stopper, this should not be a major concern.

karlis, I updated my rapid copy and I got a couple of the errors mentioned here.
I never get the message you talked about "report this", so maybe is a different issue. The problem I find is that I cannot reproduce it in order to help the debugging; the only thing I can think about now is The clipboard has some items (next time I'll will look at how many or the size of the items) and you drag to select.
