Hi. I was unable to connect with the purchased version of WeBuilder, but was able to connect with the trial version.

Yes, I did try the IP as well. No luck. I just downloaded and installed the trial version on another PC in the house, and it connects via FTP perfectly, just like the trial version on PC #1 did.
