maybe you should add a link to a screenshot of your desktop, so we can see your problem.

Did you try to reset you toolbar settings etc. back to default?

Hm... you can assign a hotkey to "Publish project to FTP". If you use the feature, a window opens and you can mark all the files you want to upload.

For example, i defined [CTRL] + [^] to close a document [CTRL] + [SHIFT] + [^] to close all open document at once And [CTRL] + [TAB] is predefined for switching through the open documents. I like the idea for CSS files too. A "master button" could collapse all CSS lines at once, saving a lot time to scroll the document.
