I want to setup a black background with light colored text, and color highlighting. I see a lot of options for Text Editor color preferences. Is there a simple way to get a 'dark background' style?

Thanks Will. I just registered webuilder...during the setup it asks for the php executable. I am using Xamp on XPpro for development. The Xamp php folder has php.exe, php-cgi.exe, and php-win.exe. I chose php-win.exe - is this correct?

I first downloaded the Rapid CSS demo...then the WebBuilder demo. I looked at the feature comparison chart - but still a bit confused. If I buy WeBuilder - do I need Rapid CSS? Or (as in the fearture chart) does Webuilder include all of the Rapid CSS features?

I have the RCSS 2 column template...and want to add a 'row' across the top for website logo, etc. I know there are many free templates with this layout, that I can import... but how do I add a 'top row' to the 2 column template using RapidCSS tools/menus?
