The performance of the enhanced "Find in Files" features is just extraordinary. I hadn't evaluated Rapid PHP since version 2008 but latest version is definitively worth a try.

I'd say that selecting lines is a more common operation that setting debugging breakpoints but I guess you are not going to change this GUI behaviour now
