I'd like to have the option when doing a <Ctrl>-<Shift>-<S> save & upload to turn of the "Overwrite" confirmation. Usually I'm doing this type of save because I want to overwrite it.

While this feature isn't terribly important to me, I would like to see the ability to theme WeBuilder better. Similar to what Aptana or other editors do it. Then we could all "share" color schemes.

What about having an option in the settings to turn this on and off so that if we don't need it we can leave it the way it is, if we want it we can turn it on. The more configuration options the better.

My vote would be to allow us to integrate existing tools such as (Beyond Compare which I use). It would be great to have it setup like TortiseGit does where you can use the built-in tool -or- a third party tool.

I'm having issues as well. If you have a large project say several hundred to thousand files the performance is dreadfully slow. It takes on the order 10-15 seconds to load initially. After that whenever you open a sub-directory it goes at the same pace. VERY slow. Makes the explorers unusable on ...
