That didn't work so took the long route..
Grabbed a png of the icon, got a converter from download.com to make ico file, set this as icon for shortcut then cleared the windows icon cache to fix taskbar etc.

Hmm, I remember it did show the icon when I checked in the change icon dialog window as described, which did seem odd. Will try switching to another icon and back again tonight (issue is on home machine) and post back if this works. Thanks.
Thanks for your reply, but I do not mean the file icons, I mean the actual Rapid PHP application icon (used in start menu, task bar, for the actual rapidphp.exe file etc), shows as the classic broken icon atm. Don't want to re-install as past experience is that the export / import procedure only ...
I've had a go at this now, formatted some 4000 function names into the correct format for the parser file.
Worked without any issues, doesn't seem to have slowed down the editor at all.
When exporting and importing settings in the recommended fashion, my code colouring preferences for the text editor are not included, how can I export these settings?

Is there a way of differentiating recognised functions from other identifiers like constructs? i.e. completing 'echo' alters its colour, how can I replicate for recognised function calls (and user defined functions)?
Useful for highlighting typos.
I've made the tabs of open files disappear from the bottom of the interface, where do I turn this back on? - Sure I'm being daft and missing it, but toggling all of the toolbars in the menu aint helping....
