what are the functions of the built in File Explorer eg. in HTMLpad and what is it usefull for? I understand that the Project functions keeps track of the files and folder of my website to provide features when uploading the project to a webhost. But I don't see a special value of the File Explorer ...

I would like to migrate HTMLpad (v10.x) from WinXP to Win7, especially the various display settings I have stored. Where do I have to copy these setting files in Win7?
