Save UTF8 file as html
I need to save files as UTF8 using XHTML1.0 Transistional and saved in HTML - NOT HTM in HTMLPad I have tried setting up the options specifying HTML as default, and choosing UTF8 . The default template for a new file in this appears in XHTML Strict but I have tried just overwriting this with the ...
