Okay, it seems that if you save the .css file after making changes, then return to .html file, the changes will show up in the preview window, at least within a very brief delay, which is okay behavior. If I change the extension from .html to .php (which is necessary as I use php include statements ...

When I make adjustments to my style.css file, these changes DO NOT show up in the preview window of the php document I am working with.
It seems only natural that changes to the associated (linked) .css file will show up in the php file.
But, so far it does not happen at all
