I don't know that much about web hosting but I have used powweb for 8-9 years and it seems ok to me. Check it out.

If I have for example 10 files in a project, can I open all those files at once somehow?

I am having problems creating projects ... maybe I don't know what is meant by a project ... After I name a project, can I add individual files to the project and how? Can I have say 5 projects within one web site?
