Please try the latest version - 9.0.0.93. Maybe it helps.

Initial tests look good, can minimize & restore the WeBuilder fine with this update on both my desktop & the laptop.

Update: Have loaded version 9.0.0.93 and this seems to be sorted. As it was/is a very irregular thing I can not be totally sure but it seems a lot better. I will post here again if it re-occurs.

I used 9.0.0.93 all day yesterday with the File Explorer set to Combined View and had no problems at all.
Just installed 9.0.0.94 and still going great
