Message - CLI dosen't work anymore

Post by Ralph »

Hi Karlis,

I'm using Rapid PHP for a couple of years now and I'm realy satisfied with it.
Yesterday I updated on Version 9.0.0.96.
When I edit PHP files I often get the Message "CLI dosen't work anymore". But everything works fine. This message comes from Vista with SP1.
I get this message even Apache isn't started.
As webserver I use ApacheFriends XAMPP (basic package) version 1.6.4.
I don't get this message with Version 8.2.0.78.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the thread. Seems to work fine now.

If you search for "CLI" you don't find any thread. Why is that?

Thanks

Forum software (not just the forums here at blumentals.net) often does not allow searching on words that are 3 characters or less. Personally I find this incredibly annoying - particularly when it doesn't bother to tell you and just indicates that no matches were found.

I'm not sure what the rationale is for this - an easy way to avoid indexing noise words like 'a', 'the', 'but', 'and', etc?

It is annoying, especially when there are many 3 letter acronyms in the IT industry!
However, there isn't a whitelist or blacklist, so it can't be easily over-ridden.

Although the minimum 3 characters could be reduced, the software also has a 'Words which are contained in a greater percentage of all posts will be regarded as common.' feature. This means, that as 'php', 'asp', 'htm', etc are mentioned so frequently, they too will be ignored, regardless of length. Grrr! ;)
