Password-protect "Disable Internet"

Please remove the ability for a normal (non-adminstrator) user to use the "Disable Internet" function without a password. It is too easy for the user to lock himself/herself out of Internet since the user cannot enable the Internet connection again without a password except when in "Internet on Quota" mode.

Why would anyone try to lock himself or herself out on purpose? Disable Internet is a rather clear label.

I agree that it is a clear label but you are so used to having an Undo function these days and the Disable Internet feature doesn't have an Undo function unless you know the password for the Enable Internet function.

But I agree that it is not that important and when you are using the Internet on Quota function you can always start a new Internet session without knowing the password anyway.
