I have found that "Save to FTP" works fine even though "Publish to FTP" still will not upload main file only associated files. Thanks so much for discovering that! As long as I can ftp somehow from WeBuilder I'm fine. FYI, this was not a problem in We2007 only We2008, if that helps you find the glitch.

Publish to FTP has one bug which is currently being investigated.
