Keep current page scrolling position on preview

Post by midipixel »

Ok, something that bugs me in preview mode is that it doesnĀ´t keep your current page scrolling position. Everytime I refresh the preview window, it scrolls back to the top of the page, whereas this doesnĀ´t happen on browsers.

So if IĀ´m working on the page footer, for instance, preview mode becomes useless...

I wish this could be fixed!

Thanks

I meant it becomes useless once youĀ´re working on lower sections of the page. ItĀ´s useful otherwise ;)

I concur - this behavior is annoying. Code should be able to mirror what is previewed and vice versa. Perhaps a enable/disable control for code/preview sync? Sometimes I can see NOT wanting the code to sync with the preview but most of the time this is the desired behavior for me.
