Adding an image to every frame has white behind it
i saved a gif file as transparent to put on every frame, however, it goes in every frame with white behind it, how can i get rid of that??

You can do it this way:
1) Open the image to be put on all frames.
2) Select it with selection tool and copy to clipboard.
3) Open the animated GIF that contains all the frames.
4) Use Paste to paste the copied image on the current frame.
5) Click "Copy selection to all frames".
