Screen saver disappears from XP Properties

I Installed a new screen saver. I went thru the options at the end of the install.
When I change to another screen saver and then go back to the properties window the SC Factory screen saver is gone!

I tried installing to "C:\windows\my folder" and "C:\Program Files\my folder" and get the same results.
I am on windows XP

Why is it disappearing??? This is not good!

Install to c:\Windows\ (no subfolder)
