Regular expression is powerful so I use as many time as possible without excess.
For my part I use http://www.regexbuddy.com/.
Because of Rapid PHP is a perfect all-in-one. I think this tool is better in internal.

For most people, regular expressions are just not needed. Is it really worth bloating up WeBuilder with a load of regular expression code, which will only be used by a small number of people?
I've used RegEx Buddy as well, and to be honest, you can't really beat it.
In the same vein as why WeBuilder isn't a fully fledged FTP client, WeBuilder shouldn't be a regular expression builder.
But thats just my opinion!
