Hi, as far as I understand Rapid CSS is completely implemented in Webuilder. Is that true? Do I have to uninstall Rapid CSS before installing Webuilder?

It is true, you do not need Rapid CSS if you have WeBuilder.
And you do not have to uninstall Rapid CSS, you can keep both applications, they keep separate settings.
