Hi
I am continuing to have the same problem in any screensaver I make (or your downloaded samples) - First picture keeps popping up between other pictures - in otherwords, I get the following picture ordr - 1, 2, 1, 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, etc. I have tried resetting everything I can, but to no avail. I'm sure I'm missung something somewhere. Any thoughts appreciated.

Not happening here or any of our Vista PCs and we have a plenty. Most likely this is something else, not Vista related.
Can you check and make sure that dual monitor support has not been turned on for your computer? This could be the cause. Sometimes laptops and computers with two video cards work in dual monitor mode even if the second monitor is not attached, so you'd have to go to display properties and disable the [video output to] second monitor. If screensaver detects dual monitor support it will work differently and the results may be unpredictable if the second monitor is not plugged in or disabled properly.

Thank you. I think I finally got it fixed. Made sure that monitors were set properly, then updated my video and graphics drivers, and monitor software. Now things seem to be working as they should. Thanks again for being able to point me in a direction to fix the problem. By thw way, love the program. Have one question - is there any way to get more masks or to make them? I would love just a plain frame (like a straight picture frame).

The mask is a black and white PNG image file.
Simply open any image editor, draw what you need (black areas will be transparent, gray areas - half transparent and white areas not transparent against the screensaver scene background) and save the picture as PNG image (not JPEG or other format). Experiment several times for the best results.
