Multiple lines auto replace with caret position

Auto replace short tags with mutiple lines of text. After the replace in the source code the caret should move to the marked position, ex:

Now:
Replace With
try try {} catch ...

After
Replace With
try try {
| <- the caret will move here
}
catch {
}
