Password problem

Post by Anthony »

Hi

Upgraded to htlmpad 2008 some time last year

HD crashed last week

Downloaded HTLMpad again (trial version)

Can't find where to enter my installation password.

Sorry to be a bother

The trial software cannot be converted to registered software. When you purchase from Blumentals you get a link to the non-trial software download and a password for installing it. If you've lost that information you should follow the directions here:

Thanks mwb1100, for your reply

I think I should rephrase my original query -

My Hd has crashed and I need a replacement HTMLpad

I still have the installation password

Where do I get the correct download?

Will my existing installation password do again
or will I need to apply for a new one?

Thanks
