Hi,

Preview works fine for me with PNG images, you sure the path to the image is correct in your code?

Hi
create a html page and
use Toolbar: Insert|image (Ctrl+M): now a window pops up where you can select a image, within this popup-window there is a preview-area, which
works fine for e.g. for gifs and jpegs but not for pngs.

Of course I can see the inserted image, when I do previewing in browser window, after I have inserted the image and obviousley I cant see it in
the browser-window, if the path is incorrect ...

regards

Gorky

p.s. please someone from blumentals could check this bug and confirm??

I'm not from Blumentals (hope thats OK though...) but can confirm this issue is in WeBuilder 9.5.2.106.

On a different but slightly related matter, I wonder what the 'Fix' checkbox does on the 'Image' dialog box. Couldn't see what difference that made ticked or unticked (or checked and unchecked, depending on your preference...) :?

Hi chrisjlocke,

thanks for verifying the bug - hopefully it will be fixed in the next release

now to the fix:
when I check the fix-box: no height and width of the image is inserted into the html-code
without checking the fix-box width and heigth values for the inserted image are calculated and inserted into the html-code
I did not notice any other difference -should I??
Greetings

Agree with Gorky, only thing I can see that the fix option does is to not put the width & height in.

But just tested again, doing insert -> image with a .jpg & .png and they both show in the preview.

Fix, fixes the width and height you have entered and forces not to be re-calculated. This is useful if you want to stretch images.

Yes, the preview area does not support PNG but then again as for now you can use Thumbnals mode to see which image is which.
